Neil graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Civil Engineering. Joy is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Batchelors of Arts degree. Both are heavily involved with the Home Builders Association of Johnston County where Neil is currently serving on the Board of Directors for his third year. They spend most of their free time with their two very active boys ages 7 and 5.

Growing up a Clayton native and local track star, Paul set his sights on becoming a Pirate where he set new records on the ECU track team while earning a Bachelor's degree. Paul kinda fell into the construction industry but has been running full steam ahead ever since. Paul started working in our "Starter Homes" division but his drive to excel quickly moved him up to now building 90% of our homes in three different communities.
Paul and his wife Abrial reside in Wilson Mills with their dog Crash. Paul spends his free time on the board of the Clayton Parks and Rec. They both enjoy an active lifestyle coaching, tailgating at ECU (and sometimes NCSU) games, and camping.

Julie Peacock, Office Manager |
As a "military brat", Julie grew up living around the southeast USA, Far East, and Europe. She attended college at Clemson University prior to transferring to East Carolina where she received a BS in Interior Design with a concentration in Business and Construction Management. While working for the Undergraduate Admissions Office at ECU she also completed her MAEd. As a member of the Jarman Homes team, Julie is instrumental in all the "behind the scenes" daily activity that goes through the office. She manages and implements Operational Procedures such as the Warranty Tracking System, Construction starts and closings, bookkeeping, and more.
Julie's been a Clayton resident since 1997 where she remains active in the community in volunteering and organizing school events. Julie loves spending time with her two boys, traveling, scrapbooking, and following college sports.
